Which PIK Product Do You Need?

For Merchants If you just want to accept payments quickly without building a full platform integration:
  1. Contact PIK at hi@pik.global to complete merchant onboarding
  2. Log in to the PIK Dashboard
  3. Create your first Payment Link — no code required
  4. Share the link with your customer
Accepted currencies: USDT and AUD (bank transfer).

For Developers If you are building a programmatic integration:
  1. Read Authentication to understand API keys and how to authenticate requests
  2. Set up a sandbox environment for testing — see Sandbox and Testing
  3. Follow the Quickstart guide to make your first API call
  4. Explore the API Reference for the full endpoint list

For Platform Operators If you are building a multi-sided platform where your customers need their own wallets:
  1. Read About Connected Accounts and Platform Relationships to understand the three-tier model
  2. Follow Onboarding a Customer to create and verify connected accounts
  3. Issue Virtual Accounts so customers can receive AUD from any bank
  4. Enable FX Conversion and Payouts as needed
