About PIK

What is PIK?
PIK is a payment platform that lets businesses accept USDT, USDC, and Australian dollars (AUD) from customers. You can use it without writing any code — just create a payment link and share it. If you are a developer or building a platform, you can also integrate via the PIK API.
What products does PIK offer?
PIK offers several products including PIK Pay (Payment Links), Global Accounts (multi-currency wallets and virtual accounts for platforms), FX Bridge (currency conversion), and more. See the full product range at pik.global.
Do I need to know about crypto to use PIK?
No. If you are using Payment Links only, PIK handles all the technical details. You share a link, your customer pays, and the money arrives in your PIK wallet. You can then withdraw to your Australian bank account.
Can I accept payments from overseas customers?
Yes. PIK supports USDT and USDC payments from anywhere in the world. Your international customers send stablecoins and you can hold them, convert to AUD, or pay out to a bank account.
How do I sign up?
Go to app.home.pik.global to create your PIK account.

Payments

What currencies can I accept?
For Payment Links: USDT and AUD are supported. USDC is not available via Payment Link.
For Direct API payments: USDT, USDC, and AUD are all supported.
What blockchain network does PIK use for USDT and USDC?
Contact hi@pik.global or refer to your merchant agreement for the confirmed network details before instructing customers to send.
What if my customer sends crypto on the wrong network?
Funds sent on an unsupported network will not be credited and cannot be recovered. Always confirm the correct network with PIK before instructing customers to send.
What if my customer sends to an expired payment link?
The money will appear as an unmatched inbound credit in your wallet — it is not lost. Check your transaction history to locate it.
What if my customer sends the wrong amount?
If they send less (underpaid), the funds are credited to your wallet and the payment is marked underpaid — create a new link for the shortfall or accept the partial amount. If they send more (overpaid), the full amount is credited and you are responsible for refunding the excess.
Is there a minimum payment amount?
Yes — 10 USDT, 10 USDC, or 10 AUD.
Can I pay out in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) or other currencies?
PIK supports payouts in AUD, USD, EUR, GBP, SGD, HKD, and additional currencies. For IDR and other currencies not listed, contact hi@pik.global — PIK may support your corridor. For the full list of supported payout currencies and settlement networks, visit pik.global/pricings or email hi@pik.global.

Can someone send money to me without a PIK account?

PIK uses a fixed-fee model — no percentage fees. For the full fee schedule, visit pik.global/pricings.

Security and Support

What happens to my money if something goes wrong with PIK?
Customer funds are held in segregated accounts — not commingled with PIK’s operating funds. For full custody details, email hi@pik.global.
How do I contact PIK support?
Email hi@pik.global for any question — payments, technical issues, onboarding, or account queries.
Card Issuing What is Card Issuing?
Card Issuing lets platforms issue virtual and physical debit cards to their customers. Cards are linked to PIK wallet balances in SGD or USD. When the cardholder spends, the amount is debited in real time from their PIK wallet.
Which currencies are supported for Card Issuing?
SGD and USD only. Contact hi@pik.global to confirm availability for your platform and jurisdiction.
Do I need a PIK account to issue cards?
Yes. Your platform must have an approved PIK account, sign the Card Issuing addendum, and activate the card_issuing capability per connected account. See Card Issuing Overview for setup.
Do I need approval to create a card?
No. Card creation is instant and does not require manual review. Once the API call is made, the card is issued and the card ID is returned immediately.
How do I get the card details after creating a card?
Sensitive card details (card number, CVV, expiry) are returned once in the API response at the time of card creation. They are not sent via webhook. After creation, you can retrieve the card using the card ID via GET /api/v1/cards/{card_id}. Subsequent requests return a masked card number only — the CVV is not retrievable after initial issuance.
Will my platform be notified of every transaction attempt, including failed ones?
Yes. PIK sends a webhook notification for every transaction attempt — whether approved, declined, or reversed. You receive the result regardless of outcome, including the decline reason for failed transactions.
How does 3DS verification work?
When a cardholder triggers a 3DS authentication, PIK receives the OTP event and forwards it to your platform via webhook (card.3ds.otp). Your platform is responsible for delivering the OTP to the cardholder via your own channel — SMS, push notification, email, or in-app. PIK does not contact the cardholder directly.
What settlement model does Card Issuing use?
Pre-funded model. Your platform must maintain a sufficient funded balance before cards can be used for transactions. Contact hi@pik.global for settlement cycle details.
How are interchange fees reported?
Interchange fees are included in webhook notifications. The fields vary by transaction type and scenario. Contact hi@pik.global for details specific to your card programme.
How do I handle chargebacks?
Contact hi@pik.global or your PIK account manager to obtain the chargeback dispute template and process documentation.
Which currencies are supported for Card Issuing?
SGD and USD only. Contact hi@pik.global to confirm availability for your platform and jurisdiction.
