About PIK

What is PIK? PIK is a payment platform that lets businesses accept USDT, USDC, and Australian dollars (AUD) from customers. You can use it without writing any code — just create a payment link and share it. If you are a developer or building a platform, you can also integrate via the PIK API. Do I need to know about crypto to use PIK? No. If you are using Payment Links only, PIK handles all the technical details. You share a link, your customer pays, and the money arrives in your PIK wallet. You can then withdraw to your Australian bank account. Can I accept payments from overseas customers? Yes. PIK supports USDT and USDC payments from anywhere in the world. Your international customers send crypto and you can hold it, convert it to AUD, or pay it out to a bank account. How do I sign up? Go to app.home.pik.global to create your PIK account.

Payments

What currencies can I accept? You can accept USDT (Tether), USDC (USD Coin), and AUD (Australian dollars). PIK does not accept card payments (Visa/Mastercard) and does not support CNY. What if my customer sends USDT on the wrong network (e.g. Tron)? PIK only accepts USDT and USDC on the Solana network. If your customer sends on Tron (TRC-20), Ethereum (ERC-20), or BNB Chain (BEP-20), the funds will NOT arrive and cannot be recovered. Always tell your customers to use the Solana network before they send. What if my customer sends to an expired payment link? Expired links no longer accept new payments. If your customer sends funds after the link expires, the money will appear as an unmatched inbound credit in your wallet — it is not lost. Contact hi@pik.global or check your transaction history to locate it. You may need to refund the customer if you cannot match the payment to an order. What if my customer sends the wrong amount? If they send less than requested (underpaid), the funds are credited to your wallet and the payment is marked underpaid. You can create a new payment link for the shortfall or accept the partial amount. If they send more than requested (overpaid), the full amount is credited to your wallet and you are responsible for refunding the excess. Is there a minimum payment amount? Yes. The minimum is 1 USDT, 1 USDC, or 1 AUD per payment. There is no published maximum — contact hi@pik.global if you need to process large-value payments.

Receiving Money

How long does it take to receive my funds?
Payment TypeSettlement Time
USDT or USDC (Solana)Minutes after on-chain confirmation
AUD bank transfer1 business day (NPP transfers may be faster)
How do I withdraw money to my Australian bank account? From the PIK Dashboard, go to Payouts and enter your BSB and account number. You can also do this via the API. The fixed withdrawal fee applies — see Pricing for details. Can someone send money to me without a PIK account? Yes. Your customers and counterparties do not need a PIK account. They just need your PIK payment link URL, or your assigned Solana wallet address / BSB and account number.

Security

What happens to my money if something goes wrong with PIK? Customer funds are held in segregated accounts — they are not commingled with PIK’s operating funds. For full custody details, email hi@pik.global. What if I don’t receive a payment — is the money lost? No. If a payment does not appear in your wallet, it means either: (1) the funds have not been sent yet, (2) they were sent on the wrong network (for crypto), or (3) there is a matching issue. Contact hi@pik.global with the transaction details and PIK can investigate.
