Supported payment currencies

USDT (Tether) — PIK’s primary cross-border payment currency. On-chain transfer to PIK-assigned address. Near-instant settlement after on-chain confirmation. USDC (USD Coin) — Supported alongside USDT. Same flow — on-chain transfer to a PIK-assigned address. AUD (Australian Dollar) — Via bank transfer to the connected account’s Virtual Account Number. Settles within one business day. PIK does not accept card payments. PIK does not support CNY. PIK is a non-China market platform.

AUD/USD exchange rate

PIK sources AUD/USD and related cross-currency rates from institutional-grade FX liquidity with access to interbank pricing. This gives PIK customers highly competitive AUD/USD rates — significantly tighter spreads than retail FX providers or bank exchange rates. When converting AUD to USD or USD to AUD within your PIK wallet, PIK applies a fixed spread on top of the interbank mid-rate. No additional commissions or hidden fees. The rate you see before confirming is the rate that executes.

Fee structure

Transaction fee — Fixed fee per successfully settled payment, deducted at settlement. Withdrawal fee — Fixed fee per withdrawal from your PIK wallet to an external bank account or crypto address. FX conversion fee — Fixed spread applied when converting between currencies. Separate from the transaction fee. Exact amounts are defined in your PIK merchant agreement. Contact your PIK account manager for the current fee schedule.

Minimum payment amounts

USDT — Minimum 1 USDT. USDC — Minimum 1 USDC. AUD — Minimum 1 AUD.
