Funds sent on an unsupported network cannot be recovered. To fund a USD, EUR, GBP, HKD, or SGD balance, receive AUD or USDT/USDC inbound and use PIK FX Conversion to convert.

PIK sources AUD/USD and cross-currency rates from institutional-grade liquidity with access to interbank pricing. PIK applies a fixed spread on the interbank mid-rate — no variable commissions, no hidden markups. The rate you see before confirming a conversion is the rate that executes.
