The Transactions section of the PIK Dashboard gives you a complete record of every payment attempt associated with your account. Use it to monitor incoming crypto payments, verify confirmation status, and track settlement.

View transactions

Click Transactions in the Dashboard sidebar to see a list of all transactions. Each row shows:
  • Transaction ID — A unique identifier for this payment event
  • Amount — The payment amount and digital asset (e.g., 50 USDT)
  • Status — The current state of the payment
  • Payment link — The payment link this transaction is associated with
  • Date — When the transaction was initiated

Transaction statuses

StatusMeaning
pendingThe customer has initiated the payment but it has not yet been confirmed on-chain
confirmedThe payment has been confirmed on the blockchain
settledThe funds have been credited to your PIK balance
failedThe payment was not completed or timed out
Confirmation times vary by blockchain network and current network congestion. Most transactions confirm within a few minutes.

Filter transactions

Use the filters at the top of the Transactions list to narrow results by:
  • Status — Filter by pending, confirmed, settled, or failed
  • Asset — Filter by digital asset type
  • Date range — Set a custom start and end date

Transaction details

Click on any transaction row to open the detail view. This shows:
  • Full transaction ID and on-chain transaction hash (when available)
  • Payment link reference
  • Amount and asset
  • Status timeline — when the transaction moved through each state
  • Settlement information — when and how the payment was settled to your balance
Use the transaction hash to verify a payment directly on a blockchain explorer if you need to cross-check on-chain confirmation.

Balance and settlement

Once a transaction reaches settled status, the corresponding funds are added to your available balance. View your balance at any time in the Balance section of the Dashboard.
