Payment links are the core of PIK’s no-code payment experience. Each payment link is a shareable URL that takes your customer to a PIK-hosted checkout page where they can complete a crypto payment. You create and manage all your payment links from the Payment Links section of the Dashboard.
1

Open Payment Links

In the Dashboard sidebar, click Payment Links to open the payment links list.
2

Click New Payment Link

Click the New Payment Link button in the top-right corner of the page.
3

Fill in the payment details

Complete the form with the following fields:
  • Amount — Enter the exact amount you want to collect (e.g., 50.00)
  • Asset — Select the digital asset you want to accept (e.g., USDT, BTC, ETH)
  • Description (optional) — Add a label or reference for this payment link, such as an order number or product name
4

Create the link

Click Create. PIK generates a unique payment link and displays it in the payment links list.
Once a payment link is created, you can share it with your customer in any of these ways:
  • Copy link — Click the copy icon next to the link URL and paste it into an email, invoice, or chat message
  • QR code — Some payment links generate a QR code your customer can scan with their crypto wallet app
  • Embed — Paste the URL into a button or checkout flow on your own website
Your customer follows the link to a PIK-hosted checkout page, selects their wallet, and completes the payment. You do not need to handle the crypto transaction directly. Each payment link in the list has a status indicator:
StatusMeaning
activeThe link is live and accepting payments
paidA successful payment has been received
expiredThe link has expired and is no longer accepting payments
deactivatedThe link has been manually disabled
To stop accepting payments on a link:
  1. Find the payment link in the list
  2. Click the (more options) menu
  3. Select Deactivate
Deactivated links redirect customers to an error page when visited. Click on any payment link in the list to open its detail view. From here you can see:
  • The full payment link URL
  • Current status
  • Amount and asset
  • Associated transactions
  • Creation date
Use the Description field to add your own order or invoice reference. This makes it easier to reconcile payments when you have many payment links.
