Currencies PIK supports for payment collection, the networks and rails used for each, and the fee structure that applies.”
PIK supports a focused set of currencies and payment rails designed for cross-border and domestic transactions in non-China markets. This page lists what is supported for payment collection specifically. For currencies supported in wallets and FX conversion, see Wallets & balances.

Supported payment currencies

USDT (Tether on Solana) — PIK’s primary payment currency. Payers send USDT via the Solana blockchain to a PIK-assigned wallet address. Settlement is near-instant after on-chain confirmation. Recommended for cross-border, B2B, and crypto-native customers. AUD (Australian Dollar) — Payers send AUD via local bank transfer using BSB and account number. Settlement occurs once the inbound bank transfer clears, typically within one business day. Recommended for domestic Australian customers. PIK does not accept card payments. PIK does not support CNY. PIK is a non-China market platform.

Payment rails

USDT payments run on the Solana blockchain. PIK monitors on-chain activity and automatically matches incoming USDT transfers to open payment requests by amount and reference. There is no intermediary network. Transaction finality on Solana is typically under 30 seconds. AUD payments run via the Australian domestic bank transfer network. PIK assigns each merchant a unique BSB and account number. Incoming transfers are matched to open payment requests by amount and reference.

Fee structure

PIK uses a fixed fee model. There are no percentage fees on payments. Transaction fee — A fixed fee is charged per successfully settled payment, regardless of the payment amount. This fee is deducted at the time of settlement before funds are credited to your PIK wallet. Withdrawal fee — A fixed fee is charged per withdrawal from your PIK wallet to an external bank account or crypto address. FX conversion fee — A fixed spread is applied when converting between currencies using PIK’s Transactional FX engine. This is separate from the payment transaction fee. The exact amounts for each fee are defined in your PIK merchant agreement. Contact your PIK account manager for the current fee schedule.

Minimum payment amounts

USDT — Minimum payment amount is 1 USDT. AUD — Minimum payment amount is 1 AUD. Payments received below the minimum amount are flagged as underpaid and are not automatically settled. Contact PIK support to resolve underpaid transactions.
